Monarch is seeking an experienced
Centralized
Apartment Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations for Monarch communities across 25 states. This role will manage and develop a
remote centralized leasing team of up to 8 professionals , ensuring high leasing performance, strong occupancy, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with a strong sales mindset, deep multifamily knowledge, and the ability to coach and motivate a remote office team anchored on Cherry St in beautiful downtown Grand Rapids!
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and coach a remote leasing team of up to 8 team members
Maintain high occupancy rates across Monarch’s portfolio
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team meetings
Set and monitor KPIs including conversion rates, closing ratios, and follow‑up standards
Foster Monarch’s culture of accountability, teamwork, and professional growth
Qualifications
5+ years of multifamily leasing experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role
Proven experience managing sales or leasing teams (remote or centralized leasing preferred)
Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Proficiency in property management software and leasing CRMs (Yardi preferred)
Highly organized, self‑directed, and comfortable working in a remote office environment
Knowledge of Monarch Investment and Management Group operations is a plus
