Apartment Leasing Consultant , you’ll be the friendly voice and expert guide for future residents across our communities in 25 states. While you’ll work remotely, you’re proudly anchored at our
beautiful, modern office on Cherry St. in Grand Rapids ! Collaboration, support, and good vibes are always part of our culture and welcomed with open arms! This role is perfect for someone who is organized, people-loving and enjoys helping others! Main Job Duties Leasing like a pro
– Converting leads into happy residents through engaging conversations. Following up
– Calls, emails, texting. Listening to calls
– Reviewing calls to learn, improve, and sharpen our teams skills Training & coaching
– Participating in ongoing training and applying feedback to grow while assisting our onsite teams Application follow-ups
– Guiding prospects through the application process and following up on any outstanding applications Connecting with prospects
– Listening first, matching second—every renter has a story. What Makes You a Great Fit
You’re a
strong communicator
who genuinely enjoys talking with people You’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive on follow-ups You’re comfortable working remotely in office while staying connected to a team You have 3+ years of apartment leasing experience You have Yardi and Yardi CRM IQ experience (strongly preferred) Why You’ll Love Monarch
Competitive pay: $24–$28 per hour Blue Cross benefits start at $45.00 a month for yourself 401k match at 3% Yearly raises up to 5% Generous Paid Time Off accrual beginning with 80 hours during your first year Employees are eligible for 20% off rent at any Monarch community, terms and conditions apply Commission potential per hire! Minimal Saturdays required Family-owned and owner-managed
