Summary of the agreement with Coast2Coast Mortgage
We offer 200+ Residential and Commercial lenders in 35+ states
A Flat fee of $995 per loan.
Payouts are every Friday.
Earn 275 bips as brokered and 400 bips on correspondent loans.
You are required to use Arive LOS for NMLS reporting purposes and tracking. The cost is about $80 per month.

Market and promote our specialty loan programs and specialized services
Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess client eligibility for loans
Assist clients throughout the loan application process, from initial application to closing
Maintain regular communication with clients, real estate agents, and lenders
Marketing and Tools
Personal mortgage link – to send online mortgage applications
Mobile App that allows the client and realtor to generate their own preapproval letter
Brand Builder – create completely customizable marketing materials
Brand 360 – full marketing and client relationship experience
Client Connect – completely automate your borrower communications
Marketing Calendar – schedule social media posts up to 30 days in advance
Automated Surveys to all closed clients
