Responsibilities
Design and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements
Collaborate on feature development and enhancements through Jira tickets, from design to deployment
Maintain and enhance Agentforce solutions, including tools and automation
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and custom report types for business users
Participate in Scrum ceremonies, providing clear status updates on project progress
Qualifications
Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience; Platform App Builder and/or Platform Developer I is a plus
2–4 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce Platform in an admin/support or engineering capacity
3–5 years of experience with Salesforce development (Apex, SOQL, Flow, and basic Lightning platform development)
Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Agentforce, including configuring agents and evaluating usage in a production environment
Familiarity with change management tools (e.g., GitHub, Copado, Gearset)
Experience working in an Agile/SDLC environment
Knowledge of Health Cloud or Experience Cloud
Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and document resolutions effectively
