We are looking for a responsible and caring individual that can help manage customer insurance accounts and that can help grow our agency!
You will build and foster wonderful relationships with the people of Lehi, Utah and the surrounding areas! You will work with people at all stages of their lives. From brand new drivers to the cutest elderly couple’s. It is important that you are present, engaged, and ready to learn.
You will be trained by some of the greatest team members in the State and myself, with over 15 years of experience in the insurance and financial service Industry. It is a smaller office setting with 5 employees. Our team is smaller but mighty. Our building is found right off Lehi Main Street exit across from the Lehi Post Office and near Lehi High School. Our building is next to a facial spa, chiropractor, and a coffee shop on Lehi Main Street.
I would love to find someone who is ready for a change and loves to help educate people. I want to find someone who is task oriented and competitive. I want to find someone who is a self starter. I want to find a quick learner. Looking for someone that wants their last stop. In 15 years of running State Farm offices I have loved the relationship I have built with my employees.
Licensing can take as quick as 2 weeks if you dedicate to studying to prepare for the Utah Property and Casualty State Licensing. Al ll costs to get licensed will be reimbursed to you! I believe in investing in your future. We will take care of you!
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications
Leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
