Master Halco, North America’s leading manufacturer/distributor of fencing and perimeter security products, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate. The Inside Sales Associate works on the phone and at the branch counter to service contractors, distributors, and retailers purchasing fence products. Responsibilities
Partner with outside sales team to expand products and customer base. Take inbound phone calls and emails from contractors and retail customers to process quotes and orders in a timely manner. Collect market intelligence from customers regarding competitive situations, competitor pricing, market situations plus, and informs Branch Manager. Consult with clients/customers after sales to provide ongoing support. Prepares job order quotations based upon customer requests and information. Communicate by phone or email with customers from time of order to time of shipment. Qualifications
High School graduate or equivalent work experience. 1-3 years of customer service / sales experience. Excellent phone and customer facing experience. Strong communication skills (verbal & written). Decking/Railing experience is a plus. Computer literate and proficiency in MS applications (EXCEL required). Benefits
Competitive pay rate at $25.00. Quarterly Bonus Program and spiffs. Monday through Friday schedule: Typical operating hours are 8am-5pm.
