
Strategy and Business Performance Manager

Overview
We are looking for candidates who are within commutable distance to one of our five locations: Nashville, TN; Fort Wayne, IN; Roseville, MN; Littleton, CO; or Las Vegas, NV.
This role will own development, implementation, and ongoing management of strategic scorecards; develop market size and share estimates; conduct market and competitive analysis; and perform ad hoc analyses as business needs arise. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, business and financial acumen, project management, relationship building, influencing, and prioritization skills. They will strive to understand the business and build strong cross-functional relationships. Responsibilities
Drive development of scorecards annually; collaborate across the organization to establish performance measures for strategic initiatives and overall business performance
Own process for ensuring scorecards are updated accurately and on time monthly while delivering strong business insights
Understands and mines data from systems to support metric delivery.
Monitors efficacy of metrics for measuring performance and makes recommendations on changes as needed to senior leadership
Surfaces gaps in performance vs strategic metrics; works with teams to identify root causes and solutions
Estimates and forecasts market size; estimates market shares
Develops financial models in support of strategic initiatives as needed
Participates in strategy development and creation of business plans for new initiatives
Conducts competitive and market research as needed
Any other task assigned to support company strategy development and execution assigned
Pay range depending on experience: $117,000 - $146,000, plus bonus potential
Qualifications

Strong work ethic
Very strong Microsoft Excel skills, proficient in PowerPoint; able to identify opportunities and use technology to improve efficiency
Requirements
4-year degree in Finance or Economics required. MBA or Masters level finance degree a plus.
Minimum of five years work experience in strategy, finance, or related work
Strong academic credentials and demonstrated financial acumen, attention to detail, project management, and prioritization skills.
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, creating financial models and working with diverse data sources to deliver analyses
Familiarity with financial services industry and strategic scorecards preferred
Physical Demands
Must be able to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) a majority of the time.
Frequently communicates with co-workers on project requirements, must be able to exchange accurate written or verbal communications.
Must be able to assess information from computers.
Works in indoor office conditions.
