JOB SUMMARY The Senior Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and optimizing distribution channels across all Caesars Entertainment markets, with a primary focus on Las Vegas. This role requires a deep understanding of property-level needs and portfolio-wide objectives, leveraging distribution partnerships to maximize occupancy, revenue, and ADR. The Senior Manager will oversee strategic business development, negotiate complex contracts, and cultivate long‑term relationships with key partners. Beyond execution, this leader will set direction, mentor team members, and ensure alignment with Caesars Entertainment’s broader commercial strategy. HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY Strategic Leadership:
Define and execute long‑term distribution strategies that align with enterprise revenue goals. Revenue Optimization:
Continually evaluate, implement, and refine growth opportunities through proactive, data‑driven sales initiatives. Portfolio Oversight:
Lead multi‑property rate, promotion, and partner structures across all markets, ensuring consistency and profitability. Demand Management:
Identify and address demand gaps, deploying creative solutions to drive occupancy and revenue. Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
Partner closely with Hotel Strategy, Revenue Management, Analytics, Marketing, Meetings & Catering, and Operations to guide enterprise‑wide tactics. Team Leadership:
Mentor and develop colleagues. Market Representation:
Represent Caesars Entertainment at trade shows, industry events, and through direct sales calls, positioning the brand as a leader in hospitality distribution. Property Engagement:
Conduct site surveys and maintain strong property‑level relationships to ensure alignment between local needs and corporate strategy. Marketing efforts:
Coordinate marketing efforts for key accounts with Assistant Director, Partnership Marketing. Partner closely with all related departments such as Hotel Strategy, Revenue Management, Hotel Analytics, Marketing, Meetings, Catering, Hotel Operations, and to help guide overall strategies and tactics as appropriate. WHAT YOU WILL NEED Must be 21 years of age or older. Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Degree Preferred 7+ years of experience in Transient / Leisure Sales for multi‑product businesses. Must possess very strong interpersonal, communication and consensus building skills. Must be a quick learner and adapt to a dynamic, fluid working environment. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Comfortable navigating Excel and analyzing trends to shape strategy. Must be willing to travel up to 20% of the time. Must possess strong motivational skills and leadership skills.
