Overview Associate Photographer - Santa Barbara/Santa Maria/Goleta. We serve clients through Homes.com and Apartments.com with photography, 3-D virtual tours, and floorplans.

Responsibilities

Support marketing efforts on Homes.com and Apartments.com by capturing 3-D virtual tours and footprints.

Create a portfolio of photographs to feature homes and apartments using techniques to best capture spaces.

Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.

Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to evaluate priorities and tasks.

Own the market territory; when not shooting residential spaces, navigate one-mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real estate data coverage and identify new inventory and properties to photograph.

Adhere to CoStar safety standards to safeguard vehicles and equipment; represent CoStar professionally at all times.

Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

Physical Requirements

Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing and walking for up to 8 hours per day.

Must lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.

Repetitive hand and arm movements for typing on a tablet or laptop and operating camera equipment.

Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying to perform job functions.

Ability to work and drive outside during all seasons; weekend work on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of professional experience. Real Estate Photography experience required.

Experience as a professional photographer, or a recently earned degree in photography.

Drone photography experience with FAA Part 107 license/certification (to be obtained within 30 days of offer).

Strong time management and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to accurately capture and enter data.

Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills.

Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; field experience preferred.

Current and valid driver’s license; satisfactory driving record check prior to start.

Compensation & Benefits The position is hourly plus bonus-eligible. Bonuses are paid monthly based on performance against predefined metrics. The position offers an hourly wage equivalent to $54,000–$55,000 annually, with a generous benefits and bonus plan.
