About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Investor Relations to play a pivotal role in the organization's strategic growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading the investor relations function, with a focus on preparing for the company's transition to a public entity. This includes developing and executing the end-to-end investor communications strategy, engaging with institutional investors and analysts, and working closely with the CFO and CEO to articulate the company's long-term value proposition in the capital markets. The role demands a seasoned professional with a minimum of 12 years' experience in investment banking, particularly in ECM or TMT, and/or investor relations at a high-growth technology or global company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IPO execution, public company storytelling, and managing institutional relationships, and must be an exceptional communicator with a deep understanding of capital markets and investor expectations.
As the Vice President of Investor Relations, the candidate will be expected to lead the development of all investor materials, drive investor targeting and relationship development, and serve as a senior spokesperson for the investment community. The role requires a high level of integrity, discretion, and sound judgment, as well as strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills. The candidate should be highly collaborative and able to influence across functions and levels of the organization. Executive-level ownership of the investor relations function is a key aspect of the role, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape the company's public market identity and build long-term investor confidence during a critical phase of growth.
