About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Investor Relations and Strategic Operations to play a pivotal role in enhancing and institutionalizing its investor relations function. The successful candidate will serve as the day-to-day operating partner to the Head of Investor Relations, with a focus on designing, implementing, and institutionalizing scalable IR systems and processes. This includes working closely with the Chief Data Officer to advance data integration and automation initiatives, identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks, and acting as a central point of coordination across various functions during peak activity. The role also involves owning the quality and coherence of all investor-facing materials, leading the development of investor materials, and participating in investor calls with a strong understanding of private credit fundamentals.

Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 8-12 years' experience in investor relations, fundraising, marketing, or related roles within private credit, private equity, or alternative asset management. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required, as well as familiarity with CRM systems, investor reporting tools, and third-party data providers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with data and technology partners to modernize reporting and improve operational efficiency, and must be adept at ensuring a high standard of responsiveness and professionalism in investor relationships.
