We are a partnering with a

fast-growing executive search firm

in Austin. As part of continued growth, they are hiring

Executive Search Consultants

to help build and scale the Austin office. This is a hands‑on role suited for someone who enjoys ownership, client interaction, and working in an entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end executive search assignments (Senior Manager through C‑suite)

Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, organizational structure, and talent strategy

Build and manage strong candidate pipelines through research, outreach, and networking

Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and manage interview processes

Develop long‑term client relationships and contribute to business development efforts

Collaborate with a growing team in Austin and globally

Ideal Background

Experience in

executive search or Agency recruitment (Must have Perm placement background)

Comfort working on

retained or exclusive searches

(or strong interest in transitioning into retained)

Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help build and grow a business

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship‑building skills
