Complete Logistical Services is excited to announce a career opportunity for an IT Asset Management Lead. This full-time position plays a vital role in supporting our global IT enterprise under the guidance of the Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO). This is not a remote job; the successful candidate will be expected to work onsite to manage and oversee the lifecycle of both software and hardware assets across the company. The IT Asset Management Lead will be entrusted with the management of the ServiceNow SAM platform, interfacing with IT Managers across the organization to ensure accurate data gathering, validation, and retention of contractual and licensing information. This role is critical in driving organizational goals centered around cost optimization, compliance, lifecycle governance, and enhancing visibility into software utilization. Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and enforce ITAM policies and procedures that ensure consistent asset management practices across the organization. Implement and manage structured asset control processes that comply with organizational standards. Oversee and update ITAM tools and systems as necessary to support effective asset management processes. Maintain a detailed inventory of all IT assets from procurement to disposal, ensuring all items are tracked within the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate closely with IT Managers and Procurement to gather and record all necessary software contracts and license documentation within ServiceNow. Monitor software license usage, identify discrepancies, and ensure adherence to licensing agreements. Utilize ServiceNow IT Asset Management modules to automate asset lifecycle processes and generate reports that provide insights into asset utilization and compliance. Manage and refine the ServiceNow SAM Professional modules to ensure proper license tracking, compliance, and reporting. Coordinate with IT and procurement teams to manage software and hardware renewals, ensuring continuity of service. Support organizational audit processes by maintaining accurate records and addressing discrepancies in software and hardware inventories promptly. Work with business and IT representatives to improve processes and technology, enhancing overall IT asset management effectiveness. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Asset management, preferably using ServiceNow HAM & SAM or a major ITAM platform. Minimum of 5 years of experience with IT end-user cost allocations. At least 5 years of experience with enterprise system integrations (AP/GL/HR) and process workflows. Strong analytical skills with the capability to analyze, model, and interpret complex data for actionable insights. Profound understanding of software licensing models including Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Adobe, SaaS models, etc. Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently. Experience in generating detailed reports and presenting findings to senior management. Strong communication skills, capable of effectively governing IT asset strategies across diverse teams.
