Location: The position is in-office 5 days per week (Mon-Fri) and the candidate must be within commuting distance of one of the following locations: Phoenix, AZ; Las Vegas, NV; Houston, TX; Midvale, UT. Compensation and benefits are described below. The role is in the loan closing function and interacts with Relationship Managers, internal teams, and legal counsel to facilitate a smooth loan closing. Responsibilities

Review complex loan documentation and loan terms to ensure consistency with Credit approval. Prepare a Closing Due Diligence needs list and work directly with the Relationship Manager team to ensure all closing requirements are met. Clear QC findings, document exceptions and set up ticklers for post-close items. Qualifications

4+ years of complex C&I or Commercial Real Estate documentation/closing or other similar experience. Working knowledge of Commercial and Industrial and/or Real Estate loan closing processes, lending compliance and regulations, loan systems and loan documentation. Strong working knowledge of loan principles and processes. Ability to read and interpret complex loan and legal documentation. Strong analytical and research skills. Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to multi-task and prioritize. Strong problem resolution, audit, customer service, and communication skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrated sound judgment and proactive collaboration when needed. Ability to work under limited supervision. Ability to communicate effectively with Relationship Managers, internal/external legal counsel, and Credit Management. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe. Ability to assist with training and mentoring less experienced loan specialists/closers may be required. Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or a related field. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements. Additional details
