Job Summary DARRAN’s Customer Service Representative is vital to the company’s success by providing excellent service to both internal and external customers throughout all quoting, ordering, shipping and warranty processes on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
Communication via email and phone with field sales and customers.
Assist customers by answering product questions and providing price quotes on products.
Assist Sales by promoting new products and programs.
Develop strong customer bonds by providing positive, dependable and timely communications, providing accurate quotes and demonstrating overall understanding of products and processes.
Provide project and customer information to Internal and External Sales Departments for follow-up on sales opportunities
Assist with the processing and proofing of orders to ensure accuracy of all aspects of the order
Identify project orders that require critical delivery status and track orders with Manufacturing
Provide shipping information to customers as requested
First line contact on freight and warranty issues.
Qualifications
High School Diploma Required, College degree preferred.
3+ years of customer service experience
Experience in Furniture Manufacturing / Office Furniture preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
Experience with CAP/20/20 preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Strong qualities of adaptability, dependability and professionalism required
Ability to multitask
401K with 50% match up to 3% of salary
