
We’re seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals - from experienced tax professionals to new preparers looking to start their career - to join our team! This is a work from home opportunity but candidates MUST live in the Atlanta metro area.
Responsibilities
Prepare individual and small business tax returns accurately and efficiently.
Collect, review, and organize client financial documents (W-2s, 1099s, prior returns, receipts, etc.).
Communicate with clients via phone, email, or video to clarify tax-related questions.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold IRS regulations and ethical standards.
Schedule and conduct appointments with clients virtually or in person (if applicable).
For new preparers - work under the guidance of senior preparers or trainers during the learning phase.
Qualifications
Must have (or be willing to obtain) a valid PTIN before filing returns.
Experienced preparers: At least one prior season preparing individual or business returns preferred.
New preparers: Training and support provided - must be eager to learn and ask questions.
Ability to read and follow detailed instructions.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Professional communication and customer service skills.
