We are seeking a reliable, highly organized and efficient

Personal Assistant

to support home and lifestyle of one of our private clients. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and self-directed who takes pride in maintaining order, consistency, and smooth household flow without constant oversight.

The ideal candidate anticipates needs, maintains systems, and reduces mental load by ensuring everything is organized and handled on time. This is a hands‑on role that blends household management, personal assistant support, some administrative, running errands, and system maintenance.

Hours: Approximately 10 – 20 Hours/Month (approximately 5-6 hours each week)

Pay: $23 - $27 depending on experience

Transportation: Valid Driver’s License and Personal vehicle required

Core Responsibilities

Begin each shift by picking up coffee and preparing breakfast upon arrival at home

Brief walkthrough of tasks to be completed during shift

Kitchen Tidy: Wiping Counters and Load/Unload Dishwasher

Sweep and vacuum main living and high-traffic areas

Assemble or install household items when needed

Manage laundry when needed

Personal Assistant & Lifestyle Support

Run errands including grocery shopping, instore returns and exchanges, online returns at UPS/USPS

Administrative tasks including submitting online returns, create and maintain filing system for various paperwork

Coordinate personal appointments as needed

Assist with personal bills, mail handling, and online accounts if needed

Support DMV, travel documents, and household records if needed

Plan small celebrations, decorations, and home-hosted events

Seasonal support including holiday decorating, gift wrapping, and prepping for parties

Coordinate cleaners, handyman, contractors, and home services

Schedule vendor visits and be present when required

Track vendor details, maintenance schedules, warranties, and follow-ups

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Household Manager, specifically with administrative responsibilities.

Experience creating and maintaining filing systems, both paper and electronic

Demonstrated reliability, discretion, and long-term role stability

Highly organized, detail-driven, and solution-oriented

High level of attention to detail and time management abilities

Technical proficiency with computer programs, email systems, calendar management, and creating organized filing systems

Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and experience working with different personality types and communication styles

High level of discretion, reliability, and confidentiality

Strong follow-through on tasks
