Overview

META PCs is looking for a Community & Social Coordinator to support our growing social media presence and online community. This role is execution-focused and hands-on, responsible for daily social posting, community engagement, and triaging inbound DMs. Youll work closely with our Social Media Director to keep our platforms active, responsive, and aligned with the brand while helping ensure potential customers dont fall through the cracks. This is not a strategy or influencer role. Its about consistency, speed, good judgment, and being plugged into internet culture. Responsibilities

Social Media Execution

Schedule and publish daily content across Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other platforms as needed Post and manage Instagram Stories daily Publish non-video content such as build photos, hero shots, behind-the-scenes moments, and quick updates Repurpose existing content where appropriate Maintain a consistent posting cadence outside of video drops

Community Engagement

Respond to comments, replies, and mentions in a timely, on-brand way Engage in relevant conversations within gaming, PC, and tech communities Like, reply, and interact with followers to increase visibility and engagement Flag sensitive or high-risk interactions to the Social Media Director

DM Triage and Lead Routing

Monitor inbound DMs across platforms Filter spam, free-PC requests, and low-value messages using approved responses Respond to genuine questions using provided scripts and guardrails Identify buying intent and route qualified leads to the appropriate salesperson or store Log key context so sales can follow up efficiently Do not quote pricing, spec systems, or close sales directly

Internal Coordination

Coordinate with in-store teams to capture photos of completed builds and interesting systems Surface common questions, trends, and content opportunities to the marketing team Communicate clearly with sales when routing qualified leads

Requirements

Strong written communication skills Deep familiarity with social platforms and internet culture Comfortable engaging with strangers online all day Good judgment and ability to follow guardrails Organized and reliable with follow-through Interest in PCs, gaming, or tech strongly preferred Role Details

Full-time position Primarily in-office (Phoenix area), especially during onboarding Reports directly to the Social Media Director
