
Job Summary
The Account Executive II, Client Relations is primarily responsible for developing new business and acquiring new accounts through researching prospects and building relationships with key decision-makers.
Responsibilities
Develop and acquire new accounts by researching prospects and understanding current and future market needs, including growth projections.
Utilize tactical selling techniques and maintain awareness of trends in Regulatory Compliance and FDA systems enforcement.
Communicate effectively with both line employees and executive management within client organizations.
Build relationships across multiple organizational levels within pharmaceutical and other regulated industries.
Establish new client relationships and consistently achieve or exceed performance metrics. (75%)
Oversee operations for multiple accounts or one large account, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Manage and develop On-Site Managers and Coordinators.
Maintain relationships with key client contacts and resolve concerns or conflicts. (20%)
Maintain accurate documentation of all sales activity in CRM systems. (5%)
KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and FDA systems
Excellent customer service and communication skills (oral and written)
Strong tactical selling, cold-calling, and sales acumen
Strong relationship-building skills with key decision-makers and C-level executives
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Regulatory Compliance Contracting
Proven sales track record with at least 2 years of sales experience (Required)
PDA and ISPE memberships (Preferred)

Compensation and Benefits In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $78,000 - $117,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
