Job Summary The Online Order Fulfillment Specialist with The Restaurant Store is responsible for assisting the Online Order Fulfillment Manager with various aspects of customer order process for a retail branch location. The Online Order Fulfillment Specialist will achieve a variety of operational goals through effective order entry, management and fulfillment strategies that align with the goals of our sales, purchasing, and inventory teams.

Manage all customer orders by reviewing and analyzing the Open Order Report and communicating with customers as needed to ensure completion and satisfaction

Support the growth and utilization of TRS.com within market reach of the branch location

Assist customers with utilizing all aspects of TRS.com ordering

Communicate effectively with the Inventory and Sales Departments to maintain a consistent focus on what is best for our customers

Maintain accountability with Inventory Department for accurate inventory levels

Maintain accountability with Sales Department for accurate and timely communication with customers

Maintain the overall cleanliness of the store

Physical Requirements

Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 9 hours/day.

Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.

Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.

Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.

Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

Experience

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management

Education

This role does not require a degree. We value relevant skills and experience and alignment with our core values above all else.

Desired Traits & Skills

Proficiency with MS Office required (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with CRM systems and project management tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical and complex concepts in a simple and concise way to ensure ease of understanding

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
