The Creative Producer will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and is responsible for architecting and running Cardone Ventures’ content engine end-to-end. This role blends creative direction, storytelling, and hands‑on production management. You take raw ideas from leadership and marketing and turn them into polished, high‑impact content that supports our events, programs, and brand. You’re equally comfortable in a strategy meeting, on set directing talent, or in a post‑production review. You ensure that what we publish is intentional, on brand, optimized for each platform, and delivered on time.

OBJECTIVES

Lead the development of compelling social media content aligned with our brand and business objectives

Primary focus: generating marketing qualified leads that support the sales team and build long‑term customer value

Collaboration with Brand Marketing on All Ads and Landing Page

Work with the brand marketing team to enhance our creative strategy across all ads—including video ads, static ads, and landing pages

Ensure that all advertising efforts are compliant with industry regulations and standards

Focus on reducing cost per lead and increasing lead volume through innovative and compliant creative outputs.

Provide creative and strategic direction for webinars, live events, and other educational initiatives

Ensure all assets reflect the brand’s high standards and align with our business consulting and education goals.

Act as a steward of the brand, ensuring all creative outputs align with our brand guidelines in visuals, tone, and messaging.

Have a robust understanding of the digital footprint and online marketing landscape.

Turn business and brand priorities into content roadmaps, series, and episodes

Direct production days, guiding talent and crew to hit creative and performance goals

Build repeatable workflows for ideation, production, and repurposing across platforms

Integrate AI tools into the process to speed up scripting, editing, and performance review

COMPETENCIES

Strong narrative instincts and understanding of what performs on modern platforms

Ability to balance creative vision with operational discipline

Excellent project management and prioritization across multiple concurrent shoots

Confident communicator with executives, on‑camera talent, and technical teams

Comfortable in a fast‑moving, results‑driven environment

Analytical approach to content performance and experimentation

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

7-10+ years as a Creative Producer, Senior Producer, or similar in digital media, YouTube, branded content, or entertainment

Proven track record managing productions from concept through delivery

Experience directing on set and coordinating internal/external production resources

Deep familiarity with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and related best practices

Hands‑on experience with AI and modern production workflows

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Travel required - 25% approximately
