$50,000 Base + Uncapped Commission($200,000-$300,000 Total Compensation)

POSITION SUMMARY The Team Lead is a player coach and is responsible for driving sales results and developing new team members. The role will interface with the sales team and CSR Manager to sell high volumes of products and services, assist in onboarding and training of new Client Success Representatives, and serve as a leader in the sales department. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have an in-depth understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and remarkable interpersonal skills.

Leading by example and “in the trenches” - being the super hero that is able to ensure the team hits targets regardless of circumstances, and able to jump in and close deals when needed.
OBJECTIVES
Develop junior client success representatives into productive senior client success representatives that consistently achieve target
Close 7+ transactions per week through handling marketing meetings and inbound leads
Serve as onboarding mentor to Client Success Representatives and suggest revisions or enhancements to the onboarding experience as needed
Meet weekly and monthly production targets
Ability to manage team processes, assist with onboarding, and lead 3 group trainings a week
Conduct 25 daily follow-up calls per day to close deals and serve as third party touch for the team
Travel to Cardone Ventures workshops and events in order to close deals in person and move clients to the next iteration of growth
Run morning meetings during leadership absence to review current sales stats and communicate priorities to the team
Handle escalated issues regarding customer questions or concerns to filter before bringing to leadership
Work with the Sales Operations team to track and analyze sales statistics based on KPIs
Oversee pipeline of qualified prospects using company CRM and perform daily review of leads and lead sources and teams execution against sales process
Meet daily KPI's and monthly/quarterly Sales Targets
Serve as a model of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image
COMPETENCIES
Demonstrated experience of being a top performer on the Sales team
Ability to drive consistent sales results whilst coaching and duplicating best practices into others
Exemplifies excellent knowledge of Cardone Ventures product suite ( Elite Edge through Platform reviews ) Workshops, 10X 360 and how to articulate the value proposition of each
Ability to provide coaching based on metrics and develop actionable training programs for team members based on statistics
Demonstrates a high level of knowledge for process and procedures outside of the Sales function i.e. PRD, SBU, Events, Learning & Development, Finance, Partnerships/Vertical Strategy, Cardone Capital and long term goals of the organization
Able to effectively speak in public and deliver inspirational and tactical trainings in front of groups
Ability to step in and close deals for other Client Success Representatives who are facing challenging or unique objections
Proficient in utilizing HubSpot CRM with ability to train others on specific functions
Excellent level of business acumen to truly understand challenges that the client is facing in their business (profitability issues, cash reserves, key-man dependency) and the impact this can have on their growth
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
At least 2 years’ experience as a top performer or equivalent in a sales role within Cardone Ventures
1 Year experience in a sales supervisor or leadership position
HubSpot CRM experience required.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
This role requires 25%+ travel to events (Elite Edge, Essentials Workshops, Summits, etc)
