This role is a hybrid Inside Sales position with potential for growth and uncapped commission opportunities. What you'll be doing

Generating sales helps our business grow, and you’ll help us achieve continued growth by providing exceptional customer service. As a Hybrid Inside Sales Representative, you’ll take inbound and outbound calls from potential customers in response to new promotional communications. You’ll help customers understand how our wireless services will enable them to play, work, and live better, while working in a commissions-based environment, remotely from your home office. The primary responsibilities of the position include: Generate sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network. Learn and uncover customers\' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions. Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete sales solution. Close sales by using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions. Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory. Handle an average of 30-40 inbound and outbound calls per day with minimal downtime between calls. We’re hiring immediately. This isn’t your average entry-level position. Earn $56,000 per year, including base pay and target commission. Our commission program offers unlimited opportunity, so top earners may exceed the base compensation quoted. What we're looking for

You’re someone others look to for advice on the latest technology. You are motivated by challenging commission-based sales targets, multi-task well in a home environment, persistent, and able to build rapport with diverse people. You communicate effectively and make connections easily. You’ll need to have: Associate’s degree or one or more years of relevant experience (demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience). Willingness to work in a sales commission-based environment. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Meet all home office requirements listed below. Even better if you have: Associate’s Degree. Experience handling inbound and outbound customer calls to achieve sales. 2 or more years of sales experience. This is a hybrid role with three weekly in-office days as set by the hiring manager. The home office must be located within the state of Texas and within a reasonable commute to the Verizon hub location specified in this job posting. The hub location is: 600/700 Hidden Ridge, Irving, TX. Home office and virtual office requirements: Home office must be located within Texas and within a reasonable commute to the hub location. Internet service with a direct connection to a cable or fiber modem capable of at least 25 Mbps. Wireless connections or DSL are not acceptable. A dedicated quiet, private workspace. Verizon conducts periodic home audits via webcam to ensure your workspace meets requirements. Where you’ll be working

This role is hybrid, with a defined work location that includes remote work and a minimum of three days per week in the office, as determined by your manager. You are responsible for complying with hybrid work policies. Benefits and compensation
