Responsibilities

Forge strong connections with customers and maintain ongoing communication to address their needs effectively.

Utilize a customer‑centric approach to guide clients through insurance options and ensure they are well‑informed.

Drive business growth by generating leads, arranging appointments, understanding customer requirements, and promoting suitable products and services.

Requirements

Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs

Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

Driven and motivated to exceed goals

Ability to build rapport with clients and establish positive relationships

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Detail oriented

Proactive in problem solving

Ability to work in a team environment

Bilingual Spanish preferred

Insurance licensing will be required
