Role Description As an Insurance Account Representative, you will drive the growth and success of our agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. You will identify customer needs, deliver tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceed sales goals.
Responsibilities
Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Foster strong client relationships through regular follow‑ups and proactive communication.
Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
Goal‑oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Insurance licensing required; bilingual Spanish preferred.
