ROLE DESCRIPTION As the Account Manager/Agent's Executive Assistant with April Welch, you equip our agency to continually achieve its goals. You empower our agency by working closely with the agent creating a working duo team that works on the efficient execution while freeing up the agent. The agent's executive assistant reflects the agency leadership and a conduit to the agent in managing the day‑to‑day operations of multiple businesses while maintaining the agent well informed. The Executive Assistant will also work closely with location managers and corporate departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing agent's calendar and email correspondence.
Scheduling, tracking and overseeing payroll and bookkeeping, assuring all gets done on a timely basis.
Human Resources tracking PTO, Health Benefits, onboarding team, updating Handbook.
Booking Travel Arrangements (personal and professional)
Overseeing business tracking reports are done on a timely basis meeting deadlines.
Coordinating day‑to‑day business operations with various agency managers, employees and corporate executives.
Visiting and working from two, maybe three agencies developing strong relationships with managers and employees.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service as needed. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims and billing clarification (as needed).
Ensure the office is well‑maintained, and continuously equipped to successfully meet customer needs and to market relevant products.
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and listening
Bilingual English / Spanish (preferred but not required)
Some experience with bookkeeping, taxes, spreadsheets, travel, etc is required
Highly organized and detail‑oriented
Experience in customer service required.
Proactive in problem‑solving
Able to work with multiple location managers and employees
Strong technology skillsets
Able to coordinate and collaborate with multiple location managers and employees to achieve agency goals.
Candidates must reside in Colorado, this is a hybrid role serving our offices in Greenwood Village and Lakewood.
*This position could be available on a part‑time basis as well, please note benefits do not apply if taken as part‑time.
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
