We want you to help customers discover AT&T’s full suite of products, building relationships and achieving sales targets. You will demonstrate your communication skills, expertise in the latest devices, and a consultative approach to meeting customers’ needs.
What to Expect
Use a consultative sales approach, guiding customers through options and projecting new business.
Participate in community events, fill online orders, and support current customers with outbound calls.
Work a flexible schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., including weekends; seniority‑based schedules are available two weeks in advance.
Adapt to a fast‑paced environment with evolving technology and sales methods.
Prior retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus; we provide training for those without sales experience.
Compensation Base salary ranges from $12.87 to $24.77 per hour plus up to $13,700 in annual commissions when all sales goals are met. Top sellers can reach $62,460 per year on uncapped commission opportunities. Salary depends on geography, experience, and education.
