Plumbing Estimator
with a strong background in residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing estimating. Key Responsibilities: Review and interpret project plans & specifications Prepare and distribute bid documents, addenda, and transmittals Conduct detailed quantity surveys & define full scope Build master budgets, cost models, and project estimates Communicate with suppliers, contractors, and team to resolve issues Monitor estimates to maintain profit margins and manage changes Requirements: Minimum
3 years’ plumbing estimating experience Education from college, trade school, or military a plus Strong organization, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills Deep knowledge of plumbing systems, local codes, and estimating resources You can expect a quick response once I receive your resume.
