Description and Requirements Responsibilities
Act as the key Sales Operations partner for the Channel organization—supporting planning, reporting, forecasting, and operational cadence.
Partner with Channel Sales Leadership on quarterly and annual planning, including capacity models, coverage design, and quota deployment.
Lead creation and maintenance of consistent, timely, and accurate business cadence materials for leadership reviews (e.g., QBRs, forecast decks, KPI scorecards).
Manage Channel pipeline and forecast processes, ensuring data accuracy, partner attribution, and visibility into partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
Provide analytical insights on Channel performance—identifying trends in partner productivity, pipeline health, and program effectiveness, and recommending corrective actions where appropriate.
Interface with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Category to align on reporting definitions, data quality, and operational processes.
Support cross-functional initiatives to streamline partner sales processes, CRM workflows, and data integrations within Microsoft Dynamics and related systems.
Partner with BI teams to develop and enhance dashboards and reports in Qlik, Power BI, and Excel for operational visibility and executive storytelling.
Own and manage additional business improvement initiatives and ad-hoc analytical projects as needed.
Requirements
5+ years of
Sales Operations, Channel Operations, or Revenue Operations
experience providing analytical reporting and business insight.
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline or business-related area required.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong business understanding and demonstrated financial acumen.
Demonstrated experience supporting Channel, Partner, or Indirect Sales models.
Proven ability to manage complex data and provide clear, actionable business recommendations.
Background in developing and optimizing business management systems, processes, and tools.
Detail-oriented with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to partner and build relationships with peers, senior management, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing environment, balancing multiple projects and deliverables.
Superior communication skills (English)—oral and written—with refined presentation ability.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Dynamics, Qlik, Power BI, and SQL strongly preferred.
Self-motivated with drive, enthusiasm, and commitment; able to work proactively and autonomously.
