Territory Account Manager - North/Central Georgia

This role develops and implements, with Management approval, a sales territory business plan to increase WEG product sales and market share. Territory would North Central Georgia./ppPrimary Responsibilities:/pulliDevelops WEG product distribution (to OEMs and Distributors) through joint sales calls, presentations and training./liliAdministers corporate contracts./liliEmphasizes salable features; quotes prices, credit terms, and delivery estimates./liliVerifies all commercial and technical aspects of quotation./liliPrepares reports of business transactions./liliTravels to customers location and, occasionally, attends trade shows./liliPerforms other related duties, as assigned by the management team./liliProvides product training to customers./liliOther duties and tasks as assigned./li/ulpEducation:/pulliBachelors degree in a related field from a four year college or university is preferred./li/ulpKnowledge / Training:/pulliBreadth and depth of knowledge of customer needs, market forces, and customer expectations are required./liliSolid knowledge of electrical motors and motor controls and their applications./liliExperience with pumps, compressors, fans, and material handling applications./liliStrong knowledge of sales channels such as Distributors, OEMs and End User./li/ulpExperience:/pulli5+ years of applicable industrial sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience./li/ulpAbout WEG Electric Corp./ppWEG is the largest industrial electric motor manufacturer in the Americas and one of the largest manufacturers of electric motors in the world producing more than 21 million units annually.
