report sales team performance results./liliCreate, distribute, and collect customer surveys, compiling the results in a datasheet or report./liliConduct general administration tasks./liliHandle customer inquiries and complaints as the first point of contact./liliAd hoc tasks/li/ulpQualifications:/pulliGraduate of any bachelors degree or certificate course./liliMinimum of 1 year of sales experience and proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and successfully manage customer relationships/liliExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least C1 level)/liliExcellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills/liliSolid organizational and time management skills/liliStrong interpersonal skills/liliTech savvy
familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP/liliExperience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)/liliKnowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)/liliProactive
