Were looking for someone whos goal-driven, customer-focused, and ready to grow with us./pulliUse strong communication and negotiation skills to work with customers and help them make timely payments./liliMeet and exceed daily and monthly performance goals./liliMake effective outbound calls to customers to arrange payments or set up plans to resolve past-due accounts./liliHandle inbound customer calls
providing professional, friendly assistance while addressing both service and collection needs./liliWork with Westlake customers to find and arrange collection solutions for individual accounts./liliBe a dependable team player who contributes to a positive, supportive work environment./li/ulpExperience and Requirements:/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED preferred/liliGood communication, listening, and problem-solving skills/liliBasic to intermediate computer knowledge/liliReliable attendance/liliProper grammar and email etiquette/liliType a minimum of 35 WPM/liliAbility to work under time constraints and daily deadlines/liliGood interpersonal skills and teamwork awareness/liliWilling and able to work a flexible schedule, including evening shifts, overtime and weekends/liliBi-lingual (Spanish) is welcomed but not required/liliAuto Collections experience preferred/li/ulpMachines, Office Equipment
