Initiate outbound calls that are effective in scope, and lead to successful payment or timely arrangement to satisfy the account delinquency./liliThe ability to balance both incoming customer service/collection inquiries from Westlake customers, while delivering an exceptional level of service./liliWork with Westlake customers to find and arrange collection solutions for individual accounts. Demonstrates ability to be team player./li/ulpExperience And Requirements:/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED preferred/liliGood communication, listening and problem-solving skills/liliBasic to intermediate computer knowledge/liliReliable attendance/liliProper grammar and email etiquette/liliType a minimum of 35 WPM/liliAbility to work under time constraints and daily deadlines/liliGood interpersonal skills and teamwork awareness/liliWilling and able to work a flexible schedule, including evening shifts, overtime and weekends/liliBi-lingual (Spanish) is welcomed but not required/liliMinimum one year customer service experience in a high call volume, auto dialer environment preferred/liliAuto Collections experience preferred/li/ulpMachines, Office Equipment
