Were looking for someone whos goal-driven, customer-focused, and ready to grow with us./ppUse strong communication and negotiation skills to work with customers and help them make timely payments./ppMeet and exceed daily and monthly performance goals./ppMake effective outbound calls to customers to arrange payments or set up plans to resolve past-due accounts./ppHandle inbound customer calls
providing professional, friendly assistance while addressing both service and collection needs./ppWork with Westlake customers to find and arrange collection solutions for individual accounts./ppBe a dependable team player who contributes to a positive, supportive work environment./ppExperience and Requirements:/ppHigh School Diploma or GED preferred/ppGood communication, listening, and problem-solving skills/ppBasic to intermediate computer knowledge/ppReliable attendance/ppProper grammar and email etiquette/ppType a minimum of 35 WPM/ppAbility to work under time constraints and daily deadlines/ppGood interpersonal skills and teamwork awareness/ppWilling and able to work a flexible schedule, including evening shifts, overtime and weekends/ppBi-lingual (Spanish) is welcomed but not required/ppAuto Collections experience preferred/ppMachines, Office Equipment
