Includes Phone Management, Prospect and Account Setup, Credits Returns Debits, Filing and Record Keeping, Order Entry and Maintenance, Expedites, Leads Entry, CRM Usage and general administrative responsibilities./ppAssists Business Manager, sales personnel, customers and vendors by answering questions, expediting and tracking orders and retrieving information. Assists manager and sales personnel with spreadsheets, reports, presentations, proposals, Outlook management, event planning and travel arrangements./ppProvides support for Operations and Corporate Departments such as Accounting, Quality, Marketing and Purchasing. Duties include reporting, spreadsheets, document control, literature, problem resolution, and assisting with projects within their sales office./ppPerforms other duties as assigned./ppCore competencies include Detail Orientation, Multi-Tasking, Sense Of Urgency
