divh2Customer Service Representative/h2pCulligan Water is seeking an individual experienced in customer-focused positions. The customer service representative works directly with customers to fulfill orders, resolve problems, and attend to related needs. Our products include water softeners, drinking water systems and solutions for problem water. The goal of this position is to supply a superior level of service that exceeds the customers expectations. To be a successful customer service rep, you should be detail orientated, organized, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills./ppResponsibilities include:/pulliExtensive problem-solving, order processing, and performing standard maintenance of current customer accounts./liliFollow company protocols, policies, and goals while acting on opportunities to optimize the efficiency of the department./liliProvide proactive sales support to assigned customer accounts by developing close relationships with the customer base./liliAnswer customer inquiries on the telephone./liliSchedule service and delivery orders. Coordinate schedules with the service/operations team./liliBill service, delivery, and new installation orders./liliMake outbound calls to current customers with the intent of scheduling additional services or offering maintenance plans./liliRefer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation./liliFollow all rules and regulations pertaining to safety and Culligan policies./liliComplete any other responsibilities as assigned./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliHigh school diploma or GED./liliMinimum two years of customer service experience preferred./liliStrong time management and project management skills./liliProficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)./liliExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal./li/ulpCompetencies:/ppTo perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies in this position: Resourcefulness, Customer Focus, Team Player, Adaptability, Integrity, Detail Oriented, Communication, Accountability, Organization./ppCompensation: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour/p/div
