They will assist in selling parts to all customers through various means such as over the counter, through the service department or on the phone./ppSome benefits include:/pulliMedical, dental, vision and other health insurance options/liliCompany-paid life and disability insurance/liliPaid Time Off/lili401k retirement plan with employer contributions/liliEmployee events, team building, etc./li/ulh2Responsibilities/h2ulliAssists wholesale and retail customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner./liliInforms customers of companion part requirements and specials, and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line./liliAnswers phone calls, take messages, redirect as needed./liliProvides high level of customer service to internal and external customers./liliGreet customers in a cheerful manner./liliKeeps front and rear counter areas clean and uncluttered./liliAssists team members in selecting required parts for service repair orders and maintains stock in accordance to high use parts./liliMakes sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order./liliIssues credit for parts returned, ensuring that the original invoice, or its number, is available so that purchase and pricing can be verified./liliIssues and tracks requested shop tools to technicians./liliKeeps orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special order parts./liliParticipates in all training programs that are made available./liliKeeps current on new products and product updates./liliMaintains professional appearance./li/ulh2Qualifications/h2ulliHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)./lili3+ years of previous sales or customer service experience at high volume automotive store./liliStrong verbal and written communications skills./liliPreferred

Bilingual in English and Spanish./liliHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)./liliComfortable with ambiguity in a dynamic, changing environment./liliUnwavering commitment to ethical business practices./li/ul/div
