This is a high-impact role for a professional who combines a business-minded approach with an unwavering commitment to quality care. Success requires deep knowledge of the skilled nursing landscape, proven sales or business development expertise, and the ability to translate market opportunities into measurable admissions and revenue growth./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliDevelop, implement, and execute aggressive sales strategies targeting hospital discharge planners, case managers, and other referral sources./liliIdentify and pursue high-value referral opportunities to maximize Medicare admissions and facility revenue./liliMaintain deep knowledge of skilled nursing services, rehabilitation programs, and patient care protocols to effectively position the facility in a competitive market./liliBuild and sustain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, healthcare networks, and community organizations./liliCollaborate closely with clinical leadership to ensure smooth admissions processes and superior patient experiences./liliTrack and report referral trends, admissions data, and market performance to refine strategy and achieve revenue goals./liliRepresent the facility at professional and community events to raise visibility and drive business development opportunities./liliActively contribute to the facilitys culture of care, demonstrating accountability, professionalism, and empathy in all interactions./li/ulh3Required Qualifications/h3ulliMinimum of 35 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing specifically within skilled nursing or post-acute care./liliDemonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue or admissions targets in a competitive environment./liliDeep understanding of Medicare, hospital discharge processes, and referral networks./liliProven ability to build and sustain relationships with healthcare executives, case managers, and hospital staff./liliExceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; able to influence decision-makers with professionalism and authority./liliHighly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven with a strong business acumen./liliPatient-focused mindset; able to balance revenue objectives with the mission of providing compassionate care./li/ulh3Compensation/h3ulliBase salary: $110,000$120,000, commensurate with experience./liliPerformance-based bonuses tied directly to admissions and revenue growth./liliThis role is ideal for candidates who are not only business-savvy but also genuinely invested in improving the patient experience every day of the year./li/ulpNote: This position is for experienced skilled nursing professionals only.
