Your focus will be to contact potential customers and tailor how the Culture Amp platform can help them improve employee engagement, performance and development. Your success will contribute to the overall success of not only the sales team, but Culture Amp at large./ppWhat youll do:/polliDrive qualified pipeline opportunities through creative outbound activity via call, email, social media and more/liliWork in partnership with our Account Executives, Marketing and SDR Leaders to plan

deliver engagement with new prospects/liliRespond promptly and appropriately to inbound inquiries/liliIdentify and research the right prospective customers/liliIncorporate daily review of major changes within accounts via strategic tools (i.e Linkedin Sales Navigator, 6Sense)/liliReview and analyze activity metrics to consistently reach your goals/liliRegularly review Outreach sequence specific content and adjust accordingly/liliEffectively qualify prospecting interest that could be great expansion opportunities/liliCollaborate closely with stakeholders such as marketing and sales, creating alignment to drive customer success and longevity/li/olpWhat youll bring:/ppCulture Amp is seeking a self-motivated, resilient and results-driven individual to join our dynamic team as an SDR. If youre motivated by challenge, passionate about connecting with people, and want to make an impact in the world of work, wed love to hear from you!/ppWhat youll need:/pulli1-3 years of experience in sales or sales development, preferably in a B2B environment/liliA consistent track record of meeting and exceeding goals/liliProficiency using SDR tools such as Salesforce, 6Sense, Chili Piper, LinkedIn, GSuite, etc./li/ulpAdditionally, these preferred qualifications would indicate a particularly strong candidate:/pulliExcellent organizational, time management, and communication skills - written and verbal with a strong phone presence/liliNatural curiosity: always looking for opportunities to learn, grow and give/receive feedback/liliAbility to maneuver through ambiguous situations with a positive attitude/liliTeam player - experience working in close partnership with cross functional teams/li/ul/div
