The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure when applicable./ppBRIEF DESCRIPTION: 90-day collectors will oversee handling accounts that have fallen over three payments past due. They will need to contact customer via phone and skip trace to locate customers that are difficult to get a hold of. The agent will have a monthly goal that needs to be reached. Agent will need to incorporate several skip trace techniques as well as negotiation skills to cure accounts.
