Kaseware recently merged with OSINT Combine. OSINT Combine develops enduring open-source intelligence capability through NexusXplore, an all-in-one, AI-enabled OSINT platform. This role supports joint go-to-market efforts across both brands. The Campaign Marketing Specialist will help align and execute marketing initiatives that reflect our joint mission. This position plays a key role in ensuring cohesive messaging and campaign execution across global markets and shared customer segments.
The Campaign Marketing Specialist is an execution focused role responsible for supporting demand generation and event marketing initiatives. This position reports to the Demand Generation Manager, and the primary objective of the role is to build, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads and support pipeline growth.
This role is hands‑on and operational. Success is measured by speed to launch, quality of execution, and the ability to reliably support multiple concurrent campaigns across verticals.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Campaign Execution and Marketing Operations
Build and manage landing pages, forms, workflows, and email campaigns in HubSpot
Execute multi‑channel campaigns including email, gated content, webinars, and event driven initiatives
Ensure campaigns are correctly structured, tagged, and tracked for accurate reporting
Maintain campaign hygiene including lists, properties, workflows, and automation logic
QA all assets prior to launch to ensure brand, functionality, and data integrity standards are met
Email Marketing
Build and deploy marketing emails within HubSpot using existing templates
Support segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing initiatives
Monitor email performance and flag optimization opportunities
Ensure compliance with deliverability and data privacy best practices
Event Marketing Support
Support the Event Specialist with campaign execution for webinars, virtual events, and in person events
Build event registration pages, confirmation emails, reminder workflows, and post event follow up campaigns
Assist with lead processing, attribution, and post event reporting
Coordinate timelines and execution details to ensure events are supported by effective demand
Cross Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Demand Generation Manager to execute campaign plans and timelines
Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams as needed to support campaign delivery
Maintain clear documentation and communication around campaign status and deliverables
Required Education:
Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
Required Skills & Experience:
2 to 4 years of experience in a B2B marketing or demand generation role
In-depth and hands on experience with HubSpot including email, workflows, forms, landing pages, and lists
Working knowledge of campaign planning and execution in a B2B environment
Experience supporting email marketing programs with a performance driven mindset
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Comfortable working in a fast paced, execution focused marketing team
