Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners
Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application to closing
Stay up to date on industry trends, loan products, and compliance regulations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and timely loan processing
Qualifications:
Active NMLS license and compliance with federal/state mortgage regulations
Proven experience in mortgage lending, banking, or sales
Strong understanding of loan products and guidelines
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
