Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Graduate from Dream Team Agent Launch
Execute Dream Team lead generation systems weekly
Conduct two open houses monthly
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Participate in team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
Track activities and clients using Dream Team technology
Comply with the laws, rules, regulations, and conditions governing Real Estate Agents in the State of South Carolina and relevant REALTOR® associations
Qualifications We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about delivering a 5‑star client experience and who is passionate about building long‑term relationships. Ideal candidates are licensed agents or those committed to obtaining a real estate license in South Carolina.
Proficiencies
Quality communication: top‑notch communication skills with clients and partners
Technologically savvy: comfortable with Google Suite, CRM tools, and social media platforms; prior experience in Brivity or similar is preferred
Self‑accountable: take full ownership over actions and results
Area expertise: familiarity with local towns, communities, and market statistics
Self‑motivated, high level of integrity
Team player: desire to achieve collective goals and pride in teamwork
