Base Pay Range $50,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Graduate from Dream Team Agent Launch
Execute Dream Team lead generations systems weekly
Conduct two open houses monthly
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Participate in team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
Track activities and clients using Dream Team technology
Comply with the laws, rules, regulations, and conditions governing Real Estate Agents in the State of North Carolina, South Carolina, the Local/Regional Association of REALTORS®, the North Carolina Association of REALTORS®, the South Carolina Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.
Qualifications We are looking for someone who is ecstatic about the opportunity to contribute to the growth of a team. Quality communication: All team members must have top‑notch communication skills that translate within the organization, with prospective clients, and with our business partners.
Technologically savvy: All team members must be technologically savvy and willing to learn new programs. Proficiency in the following platforms are preferred: Google suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, etc.), Brivity or prior experience in a CRM, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Self‑accountable: Taking full ownership over your actions and results.
Area expertise: A sense of direction, familiarity with towns and communities, loves statistics, etc.
Self‑motivated and accountable, high level of integrity.
