In our non-stuffy, collaborative environment, Intake Registration Specialists aretrusted team members who drive client engagement with empathy andprofessionalism, ensuring a seamless start to the client journey.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound inquiries (phone, email, webforms) promptly, assessing potential clients’ needs with empathy andprofessionalism.

Qualify leads by gathering preliminary informationabout their legal needs (e.g., probate, estate planning, elder law) andaligning them with atCause’s services.

Educate potential clients about the firm’s flat-feemodel and service benefits to build trust and interest.

Maintain accurate lead data in the firm’s CRMsystem, ensuring follow-up and tracking.

Schedule consultations with attorneys, coordinatingcalendars to ensure timely and accurate bookings.

Prepare intake forms and client materials, ensuringattorneys have necessary information for consultations.

Follow up with leads to confirm appointments andprovide pre-consultation guidance.

Support the client services team withadministrative tasks, such as updating records and managing inquiry logs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

1-2 years of experience in a cleint-facing sales, customer service, or intake role, preferably in a legal or professional services setting.

Basic knowledge of probate, estate planning, or legal processes, with willingness to learn Florida-specific procedures.

Proven ability to qualify leads and engage clients with consultative sales approach.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software(e.g., Clio, Hubspot, etc. We use Zoho).

Strong Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and team interactions.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, team- oriented, environment.

Adaptability to handle evolving priorities and a non-stuffy workplace culture.
