The Intake Specialist will be responsible for handling client intake, communicating with potential clients, evaluating initial case information, and obtaining necessary documentation. The Intake Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring newcomers receive the necessary support and guidance from the first point of contact. Qualifications
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills Experience with Client Intake and Customer Service Knowledge of Insurance Processes Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Proficiency in using office software and systems Previous experience in a legal or medical setting is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is advantageous
