Our client is a fast-growing technology company modernizing parking management for multifamily communities. Their platform replaces outdated parking processes with a simple digital solution that property managers and residents actually want. The company is founder-led, sales-driven, and growing rapidly across the U.S.
Responsibilities This is a field-based Territory Sales Representative role for a true hunter. You’ll own a defined territory, prospect apartment communities in person, build relationships with property managers, and close new business. This is not a desk job — success comes from being in the field, showing up consistently, and building trust.
Daily in-person prospecting within your territory
Meeting and building relationships with property managers
Running demos and closing new accounts
Managing accounts after close to support long-term success
Tracking activity and pipeline in a CRM
Qualifications
2+ years of outside or field sales experience
Proven success with cold prospecting and new business development
Comfortable working independently in a territory
Strong communication skills and confidence in face-to-face selling
Grit, resilience, and a competitive, results-driven mindset
Valid driver’s license and willingness to be in the field daily
Multifamily experience is not required
