Responsibilities
Partner with the Inside Sales Team in the sales acquisition process, including lead building and scheduling call-backs to small business owners
Foster strong customer relationships through responsiveness and follow-ups on open quotes
Communicate and sell the employer's value proposition, including unique billing models and coverage options
Support a high-performing sales culture by prioritizing and managing daily work activities
Handle inbound sales calls while balancing outbound communication to close sales effectively
Qualifications
Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
Call center experience
Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance experience
Goal-oriented and metric-focused mindset
Outstanding organization, desk management, time management, and computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) skills
