Collaborate with the Inside Sales Team in the sales acquisition process, including building leads and scheduling callbacks
Prioritize customer satisfaction by building strong relationships and following up on open quotes
Communicate The Hartford's value proposition to potential clients, highlighting key benefits and features
Manage daily work activities confidently and efficiently to support a high-performing sales culture
Handle inbound sales calls alongside outbound and email communications to close sales
What is Required (Qualifications):
Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
Call center experience
Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance experience
Strong organizational, time management, and computer skills
Goal-oriented and metrics-focused mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bilingual (Spanish speaking) skills
Previous experience in a sales role within the insurance industry
