Partner with the Inside Sales Team in the sales acquisition process, building leads and scheduling call-backs to small business owners
Prioritize customer relationships by being responsive and following up on open quotes to close sales
Communicate The Hartford's value proposition and additional coverages to potential clients
Actively support a high-performing sales culture by managing daily work activities effectively
Balance inbound sales calls along with outbound and email communications to close sales
What is Required (Qualifications)
Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
Call center experience
Goal-oriented and metric-focused with outstanding time management skills
Strong organization and computer skills
Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance
Competitive nature with a strong desire to win in the marketplace
